BETCO prides itself in the area of research and development. This is why our Engineering Department is always looking for ways to help the self-storage owner be more successful. Find ways to design a better building, give the owner another reason to best his competition. One of our latest innovations is the Next Generation Building. This popular building was designed to include features specifically designed and priced for efficiency and economy. Here are reasons why it is so popular.

• Trapezoidal style standing seam roof panels are attached to an exterior angle outside the building envelope.
  
• Interior columns and roof beams made of galvanized structural steel.
  
• Vertical interior partitions are moveable, with interlocking joints. 30” panels of
  galvanized steel. Screw Guard channels contain screw tips to prevent “snagging.”
  
• Exterior walls and rollup doors of pre-painted galvanized structural steel.
  
• Typical bay widths are 10’ with 9’ wide exterior rollup doors.
  
• Sidewall trim package. Gutters and downspouts optional.
  
• Pitched and screwdown roofs are available.
