Customized Structures

BETCO has capabilities to manufacture many types of custom structures and special parts.

• Brake press capabilities up to 20’ long and 250 tons.
  
• Shear capabilities up to 12’ length and 10’ gauge maximum
  
• Slitter/shear capabilities manufacturing up to 6 slits of 16 gauge and up to 50 FPM.
  
• Turret punch capabilites up to 137.75”, 26 tons, 10 gauge.
  
• Trim fold capabilities of 21’, 16 gauge.
  
• Roll form capabilities up to 200 FPM, 22 gauge.
  
• Plasma cutter capabilities of 5’ wide X 22’ long, 1/2” thick.
